Open Positions

Postdoctoral Fellows

We are seeking postdoctoral researchers with a background in one or more of the following areas:

  • Epigenomics, chromatin biology, or gene regulation
  • Single-cell genomics (scATAC-seq, scRNA-seq, or multiomics)
  • Computational biology, bioinformatics, or machine learning
  • Neuroscience or neuroimmunology

What we offer: A stimulating and collaborative research environment, access to cutting-edge technologies and datasets, mentorship for career development (academic or industry), and competitive compensation.

To apply: Please send an email to [lab email — please update] with the subject line “Postdoc Application — [Your Name]” and include:

  1. A brief cover letter describing your research background and why you are interested in the lab
  2. Your CV
  3. Contact information for 2–3 references

Graduate Students

We welcome rotation students and prospective PhD students through the following programs:

  • [Program 1 — e.g., Computational Biology PhD Program]
  • [Program 2 — e.g., Neuroscience PhD Program]
  • [Program 3 — e.g., Biomedical Sciences PhD Program]

If you are interested in rotating, please reach out to [lab email] to discuss potential projects. If you are applying to graduate school and interested in joining, mention the Bridge-AD Lab in your application and feel free to contact us.

Undergraduate Researchers

We occasionally take undergraduate students for research projects, particularly those with strong quantitative backgrounds or interest in wet lab genomics techniques.

Requirements:

  • Commitment of at least 10 hours/week for a minimum of one semester
  • Strong interest in genomics, neuroscience, or computational biology
  • Prior coursework in biology, genetics, or programming is a plus

To apply: Send a CV and a brief description of your research interests to [lab email].

What We Look For

Regardless of position, we value:

  • Intellectual curiosity — genuine interest in understanding biology
  • Rigor — attention to detail and commitment to reproducible science
  • Collaboration — a team player who communicates openly
  • Resilience — science is hard; we support each other through challenges
  • Diversity — we believe diverse perspectives make better science

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all lab members.
