Chromosome Level Comparative Analysis of Brassica Genomes

We performed chromosome-level comparative genomic analysis across multiple Brassica species, revealing patterns of gene synteny, polyploidization dynamics, and asymmetric gene retention. This work contributes to our understanding of how genome duplication events have shaped the evolution and diversification of the Brassicaceae family.
